As a town, Fleetwood has decided to create a display to mark the centenary of the end of WWl. The children of the town will be making poppies from used plastic bottles. The year 6 children are making them and the rest of the school will paint them.

As part of their geography topic Year 6 had a lovely afternoon on the beach studying our coastline.

6M thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the Grundy Art Gallery in Blackpool, where amongst other artists they saw the work of Tracey Emin and look forward to the artist visiting them later on in the month.
